  • Mold base: EFTEK’s Q-PROGRAM MOLDBASE is used.
  • Guaranteed quantity of dies and molds: Up to 50,000 shots
  • Manufacturing cost: approximately 50–60% of the mass-production mold cost
  • Manufacturing time: 10 days to 20 days (※Can be negotiated depending on the model and item)

Q-Pro

  • Core material: KP4M(P20), STD61(H13), NAK80(P21), STAVAX(420), etc.
  • Mold base: Manufacture mold base that is exclusive for client
  • Guaranteed quantity of dies and molds: Up to 400,000 shots
  • Initial mold manufacturing cost: same as mass-production molds
  • Additional mold manufacturing cost: approximately 50–60% of mass-production molds
  • Manufacturing time: 10 days to 20 days (※Can be negotiated depending on the model and item)

Q-Mass

  • Core material: KP4M(P20), STD61(H13), NAK80(P21), STAVAX(420), etc.
  • Guaranteed quantity of dies and molds: Up to 400,000 shots
  • Manufacturing time: 30 days or more (varies according to the shape)
