  • Authentication and personal identification for the use of service
  • Information required for request for a quote and consultation

Personal information collected

  • Name of company (organization), person in charge, contact information, email address, inquiry, attached file

Storage and usage period of personal information

  • - In principle, all personal information collected or provided to the
    company is destroyed immediately after completion
    of its purpose without delay.
  • However, the information may be stored for 3 months after completion
    of a consultation for provision of a smooth consultation service.
    The information is also stored for a specific period required by
    relevant laws or regulations.
