Q-Pro
- Key characteristics

Die and mold method, specially designed for
production of a client’s similarly designed products.
It is a method of manufacturing a Q-PRO mold base and core that
are exclusive for a specific client.
If the product shapes are similar, this method is useful for
diversified, small-quantity production.
If there is a model change of a similar size, it is possible to
manufacture only the core, and reuse the mold base, reducing the cost.
It is a method where one mold base is used, and only the core is changed for production. Like mass-production dies and molds,
it is possible to use all of the Undercut processing, cooling water, hot water, and hot oil.
If the client needs to mass produce the products, more mold bases can be
simply manufactured to convert it to mass-production dies and molds.

- Core material : KP4M(P20), STD61(H13), NAK80(P21),
STAVAX(420), etc. - Mold base : Manufacturing of mold base
that is exclusive for Q-Pro - Guaranteed quantity of dies and molds : 200,000 shotst
- Projection period : 30 days or more (varies according to the shape) (This is the schedule including Moldbase production.)
